Escalante has gone 10-0 against McCurdy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Escalante Lobos are taking a road trip to square off against the McCurdy Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Tuesday, Escalante made easy work of Questa and carried off a 70-47 win.

Meanwhile, McCurdy entered their tilt with Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They breezed by the Eagles to the tune of 65-37. The game marked the Bobcats' most dominant victory of the season.

McCurdy is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Escalante, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Escalante was able to grind out a solid victory over McCurdy in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 61-50. Will Escalante repeat their success, or does McCurdy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
