Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oskaloosa). They put the hurt on the Pella Christian Eagles with a sharp 13-7 win on Monday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Oskaloosa's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Pella Christian, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the loss, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Oskaloosa wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 9-0 defeat against Albia on the 10th. As for Pella Christian, they will square off against Indianola at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
