Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Academy of the Holy Cross walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Elizabeth Seton Roadrunners on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Tartans as they're now sitting on seven straight.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-10, 25-16.

Emme Wolfe paced The Academy of the Holy Cross' offense, picking up 12 kills. Wolfe got some help from Vivian Blue and her 11 assists. Kate Bickel controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

The Academy of the Holy Cross' victory bumped their record up to 27-0-1. As for Elizabeth Seton, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-14.

As of now, neither The Academy of the Holy Cross nor the Roadrunners have any future games scheduled.
