Baseball Recap: Righetti Takes a Loss

Righetti's tournament run continued when they took on Maranatha on Friday. The Warriors fell just short of the Minutemen by a score of 3-2. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Noah Kesner made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Righetti's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Maranatha, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-6-1.

Righetti wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Lompoc on the 30th. As for Maranatha, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-2 win against Central Catholic on the 25th.
