Basketball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial lost against C. Milton Wright back in January of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Centennial Eagles fell 77-64 to the C. Milton Wright Mustangs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Wednesday (60), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Centennial has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-8 record this season. C. Milton Wright's victory bumped their record up to 12-8.

Looking ahead, Centennial will venture away from home to challenge Governor Thomas Johnson at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. C. Milton Wright does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
