After losing to Carmel the last time they met, Soledad decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Soledad Aztecs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Carmel Padres on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Aztecs.

Soledad is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 3-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four games. As for Carmel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5-1.
