Basketball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Academy Starts off Right with Win over Flagstaff Christian

Arrowhead Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They took down Flagstaff Christian 36-22.

Arrowhead Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tristin McLaughlin, who shot 4-for-7 from long range and dropped a double-double with 18 points and 18 rebounds. Those 18 points gave McLaughlin a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Eberhardt, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 boards.

Arrowhead Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 50-42 victory against Our Lady of the Sun Academy on the 2nd. As for Flagstaff Christian, they will face off against Telesis Prep at 5:00 p.m. on the 4th.
