Football Recap: Flushing Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Flushing extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They were dealt a 41-12 defeat at the hands of the Fenton Tigers. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-6.

When it comes to explaining why Flushing lost, don't look at Andrew Fisher. Despite the final result, he rushed for 60 yards and a pair of scores.

Fenton's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. The win continues a trend for them in their matchups with Flushing: they've now won five in a row.

Noah Sheil looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 266 yards and three TDs. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (108.5).
