Volleyball Recap: Fresta Valley Christian Pioneers vs. Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Warriors
After flying high against Wakefield Country Day last Friday, Fresta Valley Christian came back down to earth. The Fresta Valley Christian Pioneers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Warriors on Thursday. The Pioneers haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21, 20-25, 25-20.
Fresta Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Mt. Carmel Christian Academy, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Grace Christian the next time they take the court. Mt. Carmel Christian Academy will host Grace Christian at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Fresta Valley Christian will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
