Baseball Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short

Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the South Iron Panthers, falling 12-2. One positive for the Cougars, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for South Iron, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will face off against Grandview at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Iron, they will challenge Koshkonong at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
