The biggest upset of the week belonged to Western Christian, who took down 594th ranked Calvary Murrieta, 25-20. Brad Hargis threw for 162 yards and one touchdown, ran for 72 yards and caught one passes for 20 yards in the win.

The Fighting Lancers moved up to 832 from 894 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Ambassador. Western Christian was able to make move up by defeating the Warriors 25-20.

Trysten Taylor was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 175 yards on 24 carries as Calvary Murrieta beat Calvary Murrieta. Zach Chesser also contributed to the rushing game with 30 yards on the ground.

Callow was the best wideout in the league this week as the Fighting Lancers defeated Brad Schwab's team. Callow racked up five receptions for 87 yards. Ryan Olson helped Western Christian's passing attack out by catching three balls for 38 yards.

Nate VanBruggen made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Warriors fell to Western Christian. The senior grabbed 2.5 sacks.

The Fighting Lancers' Hargis and Callow have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Ambassador in both passing and receiving yards. Hargis has thrown for 1063 yards this season, while Callow has 26 catches for 472 yards. Romero Flores from Aquinas leads the league in rushing with 1247 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Linfield Christian takes on Ontario Christian. As it stands, the Lions are in fifth, while the Knights are in first.

Ontario Christian extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Falcons, 27-20. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
