Basketball Game Preview: Victory Baptist Warrior vs. Georgia Force Christian Blue Knights

The Victory Baptist Warrior will challenge the Georgia Force Christian Blue Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Victory Baptist is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.8 points per game this season.

Victory Baptist is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Loganville Christian Academy just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Eric Banks Jr, who posted 12 points and eight boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brayden Jameson, who had seven points and eight boards.

Meanwhile, Georgia Force Christian entered their tilt with Johnson Ferry Christian Academy on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They strolled past the Saints with points to spare, taking the game 82-67.

Georgia Force Christian is also on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.6 points per game. As for Victory Baptist, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8.
