The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Storm as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Monmouth United's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Biggsville West Central, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.
