Basketball Recap: Haralson County Comes Up Short

Haralson County lost against Bremen back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Haralson County Rebels were beaten by the Bremen Blue Devils 66-25. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 445th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 176th).

Haralson County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Bremen, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.

Haralson County has already played their next matchup, a 53-25 loss against Bowdon on the 1st. As for Bremen, they will host Darlington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bremen has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
