Corinth Christian Academy skates past Gainesville Christian Community with ease

The Corinth Christian Academy Warriors scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Gainesville Christian Community 64-24 at home. That 40 points margin sets a new team best for Corinth Christian Academy this season.
Corinth Christian Academy was led to victory by Hunter Thomas and Alden Hughes. Thomas dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds, while Hughes scored 19 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Hughes is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Fowler, who scored six points along with five steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Corinth Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 7-9. As for Gainesville Christian Community, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Corinth Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Thursday against First Christian at 6:30 p.m. First Christian is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Gainesville Christian Community, they will head out on the road to square off against Saint Francis Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
