East Paulding waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the South Cobb Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

East Paulding not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept South Cobb between 17 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-17.

East Paulding's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for South Cobb, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Coming up, East Paulding will be playing in front of their home fans against New Manchester at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Cobb, they will welcome Chapel Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
