Volleyball Recap: Trinity Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn on Tuesday, Trinity Christian came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the River Valley Wolverines by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for River Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Trinity Christian will square off against Akron-Westfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for River Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Northwest Webster on the 13th.
