They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over the Santa Maria Saints. For Templeton, this counts as revenge for the 4-1 loss Santa Maria walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March.

Colby Sims spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits.
