Recap: St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints vs. Flint Hill Huskies
The St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a tough 56-30 defeat at the hands of Flint Hill on Wednesday. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes lost against Flint Hill in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 48-31 score last time.
Raigan McCalla had a dynamite game for Flint Hill, dropping a double-double on 29 points and 18 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tatum Carney, who scored 7 points along with 5 steals.
St. Stephen's & St. Agnes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Flint Hill, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
St. Stephen's & St. Agnes will head out on the road to face off against Georgetown Day at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Georgetown Day focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Saturday. As for Flint Hill, they will be playing at home against Episcopal at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Episcopal focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday.
