It's playoff time, and White River Valley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Dugger Union Bulldogs 65-23. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 26 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Dugger Union lost, don't look at Jordyn Smith. Despite the final result, she posted 11 points and eight rebounds. That was a full 47.8% of Dugger Union's points, marking the eighth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

White River Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for Dugger Union, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

White River Valley has already played their next match, a 44-42 loss against North Central on the 8th. Dugger Union does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
