Seymour unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the Greenwood Woodmen on Friday, falling 38-8. The Owls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Woodmen apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.
