Warren Central and Ben Davis are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2018, but likely not for long. The Warriors will welcome the Giants at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Warren Central and four for Ben Davis.

Things were looking good for Warren Central after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They came up short against New Palestine, falling 14-1.

Warren Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keith Jackson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Ben Davis lost 17-4 to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory on Friday.

Avery Mitchell and Austin Calvin did some serious damage despite the final result: Mitchell went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run, while Calvin went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that Calvin has hit this season.

Ben Davis' loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Warren Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-12-1.

Warren Central came out on top in a nail-biter against Ben Davis in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, sneaking past 11-10. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Giants turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
