Basketball Recap: Stillman Valley Takes a Loss

Stillman Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 48-41 to the Oregon Hawks. If the Cardinals were looking for revenge after losing 75-64 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Stillman Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Oregon, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-13 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Mendota the next time they take the court. Stillman Valley will host Mendota at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Oregon will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
