Softball Preview: Columbus Grove Bulldogs vs. Ottoville Big Green
For the first time this season, Columbus Grove will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will take on the Ottoville Big Green at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ottoville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Columbus Grove, who comes in off a win.
Columbus Grove is headed out to face Ottoville after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Columbus Grove was the clear victor by a 19-9 margin over McComb on Tuesday.
Dakota Dunn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched six innings while giving up three earned (and six unearned) runs off six hits. Dunn was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of her five plate appearances.
