Chase Smith Game Report: vs Galion

Chase Smith, River Valley's leader in steals on the season, led the team again on Thursday. Smith wasn't messing around, putting up 11 points in addition to six assists and five steals. The matchup was his third straight with two or more steals.

Smith and River Valley will head out to challenge Bishop Watterson at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Vikings got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Eagles, probably because Smith had a solid game then too: he posted nine points and five boards.
