Moore County had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 11-15-1  on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers  a   3-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Pioneers & Lady Pioneers  back in March, they had to take a  12-1  defeat.
 Not much got past  Colton Morey, who gave up just  three  hits to keep Warren County off the board.
As for Warren County, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record  this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 On Warren County's side,  Evan Snapp spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered  just two earned  (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up six Ks. Snapp has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
Moore County will have a chance to go back-to-back against Warren County: the pair will be back at it again later today.
