Softball Recap: Illinois Valley Central Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Illinois Valley Central's offense. They lost 10-0 to the St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Grey Ghosts have suffered against the Spartans since March 24, 2018.

Illinois Valley Central's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-7.

Coming up, Illinois Valley Central will challenge Canton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, they will face off against Centennial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
