Baseball Game Preview: Nashua South Purple Panthers vs. Manchester Central Little Green

The Nashua South Purple Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Manchester Central Little Green at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last four games Nashua South has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Wednesday, Nashua South didn't have quite enough to beat Winnacunnet and fell 3-2.

Aidan O'Connor was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Manchester Central lost 12-1 to Trinity on Wednesday. The Little Green have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nashua South's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Manchester Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17.

Nashua South suffered a grim 9-0 defeat to Manchester Central in their previous meeting back in May of 2019. Can the Purple Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
