Football Recap: High Point Central Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for High Point Central's offense. They were beaten by the Southwest Guilford Cowboys 37-0 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bison of the 55-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Southwest Guilford, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Point Central will take on Southern Guilford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwest Guilford, they will square off against Glenn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
