Recap: Central Rebels vs. North County Raiders
Make it eight blowout wins for the Central Rebels this season. They blew past North County 88-35 at home on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for Central as they're now sitting on five straight.
It was another big night for Jobe Bryant, who scored 29 points along with five assists and four steals. Bryant is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 16 every time he's taken the court this season. Zack Boyd was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Central's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.3 points per game. As for North County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. MICDS is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for North County, they will head out on the road to square off against the Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Windsor knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully the Raiders likes a good challenge.
