Basketball Game Preview: Ohatchee Indians vs. Glencoe Yellowjackets

Ohatchee is 1-9 against Glencoe since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Ohatchee Indians will take on the Glencoe Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Tuesday, Ohatchee came up short against Westbrook Christian and fell 78-65.

Meanwhile, Glencoe suffered their closest loss since January 23, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Piedmont by a score of 73-71.

Glencoe's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5. As for Ohatchee, their loss ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-5.

Ohatchee lost to Glencoe on the road by a decisive 70-54 margin in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Ohatchee avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
