Soccer Recap: ThunderRidge Comes Up Short

ThunderRidge lost against Rock Canyon back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grizzlies came up short against the Jaguars, falling 6-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as ThunderRidge were already down 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Harper Weber, who's now up to six this season.

ThunderRidge now has a losing record of 3-4-3. As for Rock Canyon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2-2.

Looking ahead, ThunderRidge will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Douglas County at 5:30 p.m. ThunderRidge are facing Douglas County at the right time seeing as Douglas County are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Rock Canyon, they are taking a road trip to challenge Highlands Ranch at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rock Canyon will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Highlands Ranch will have lost seven straight heading into Thursday's game.
