Soccer Recap: Oakleaf Has No Trouble Against Matanzas

Oakleaf kept a clean sheet against Matanzas on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Matanzas Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Knights' winning goal came courtesy of Kendyl Banks.

Oakleaf's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Matanzas, they dropped their record down to 7-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Oakleaf will venture away from home to face off against Bishop Kenny at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday. As for Matanzas, they will welcome DeLand at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
