Red Bank won the last time they faced Lookout Valley and things went their way on Monday too. The Lions came out on top against the Yellowjackets by a score of 2-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Red Bank not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lookout Valley between 19 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21.

Kenadi Baughman was the offensive standout of the match as she had 15 assists and three aces. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Smith, who had five kills, four digs, and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Red Bank was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive games.

Red Bank's record now sits at 4-5. As for Lookout Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Coming up, Red Bank will host Hixson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lookout Valley, they are taking a road trip to challenge Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
