Basketball Recap: Santa Gertrudis Academy Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Santa Gertrudis Academy Lions came up short against the Orange Grove Bulldogs and fell 60-53.

Santa Gertrudis Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Orange Grove, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bishop the next time they take the court. Orange Grove will host Bishop at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Santa Gertrudis Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
