Indian Creek had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.4 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the East Liverpool Potters a 17-0 shutout. The Redskins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Hunter Allen looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Ty Householder was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Hunter Rusnak was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Indian Creek always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Indian Creek's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. As for East Liverpool, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Looking ahead, Indian Creek will head out on the road to take on Indian Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Redskins 1.4, the Braves 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for East Liverpool, they will take on Madonna at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Potters will need to watch out since the Blue Dons have now posted at least ten runs in their last six contests.
