After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Taylor County, Peach County was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Westside Seminoles 2-1. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Seminoles: they've now won six in a row.

Peach County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-10, 16-14.

The win got Peach County back to even at 1-1. As for Westside, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Peach County will square off against Academy for Classical Education at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westside, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Southwest on the 12th.
