The East Thunderbirds won the last time they faced the Star Valley Braves, and things went their way on Friday too. East blew past Star Valley 55-20 on the road. Given East's advantage in MaxPreps' Wyoming basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Star Valley is ranked 40th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

East's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Star Valley, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.

East and Lander Valley will face off without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Star Valley won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sheridan at 3:00 p.m. on December 9th.
