Basketball Recap: Murray County Comes Up Short

Murray County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 77-65 to the East Forsyth Broncos. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (63), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Murray County's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for East Forsyth, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Murray County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-47 defeat against Seckinger on the 28th. East Forsyth has also already played their next game, a 71-69 loss against Walker Valley on the 28th.
