Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Forest Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Jefferson Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Glass Hilltoppers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hilltoppers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 26-24, 31-29.

Glass found their leader in sophomore Elleri Turille, who had nine digs and one block. Turille is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

Jefferson Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Glass, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
