Basketball Recap: Riverdale Ridge Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

Riverdale Ridge had won two straight home games and Brihanna Crittendon did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Riverdale Ridge Ravens took their match with ease, bagging a 79-16 win over the Northglenn Norsemen thanks in part to Crittendon, who went 12 of 16 en route to 30 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Riverdale Ridge's points.

Another player making a difference was Payton Meineke, who posted ten points and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Riverdale Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.7 points per game. As for Northglenn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Riverdale Ridge has already played their next game (against Prairie View), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Northglenn will take on Boulder at 6:30 p.m. on February 4th.
