Soccer Game Preview: Shorewood vs. University School of Milwaukee

The Shorewood Greyhounds will be taking part in a tournament against the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Shorewood saw some tournament action on Friday. They blew past Milwaukee King 8-2. Brock Severson was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, University School of Milwaukee kept a clean sheet against Kenosha Christian Life on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for University School of Milwaukee.

University School of Milwaukee now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Shorewood, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Shorewood came out on top in a nail-biter against University School of Milwaukee in their previous matchup back in August of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Greyhounds have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
