Baseball Recap: Penn Hills Takes a Loss

Penn Hills fell victim to Franklin Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 18-0 to the Panthers. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Penn Hills' record is now 0-4. As for Franklin Regional, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Penn Hills will venture away from home to take on Shady Side Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Penn Hills is facing Shady Side Academy at the right time seeing as Shady Side Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Franklin Regional, they are taking a road trip to square off against Kiski Area at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
