Basketball Recap: Bayside Comes Up Short

Bayside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the First Colonial Patriots. That's two games in a row now that the Marlins have lost by exactly 12 points.

Bayside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for First Colonial, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Bayside will square off against Granby at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for First Colonial, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Norfolk Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
