Volleyball Recap: Cornerstone Christian Falls Short of Midland in the Playoffs + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cornerstone Christian can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Midland Timberwolves on Wednesday. The Cyclones just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Adalynn Stickel was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 digs and six aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.

Cornerstone Christian's loss dropped their record down to 5-26. As for Midland, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-10 record this season.

Cornerstone Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Midland, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lexington on the 30th.
