Basketball Recap: Purdue Polytechnic Triumphs

Even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Purdue Polytechnic Techies beat the University Trailblazers 70-64 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Techies.

It was another big night for TJ Williams, who went 11-for-17 on his way to 30 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Purdue Polytechnic's points. Jaceon Long was another key player, dropping a double-double with 16 points and 16 boards.

Purdue Polytechnic was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.
