Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Katz Yeshiva). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Scheck Hillel Community School Lions 89-38. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 56-29.

Katz Yeshiva was led to victory by Nir Ovaknin and Abie Kaweblum. Ovaknin shot 60% from the field en route to 15 points and five boards, while Kaweblum made all 7 shots he took racking up 18 points and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, Kaweblum now owns an excellent 50% field goal percentage. Dean Wasserman was another key player, putting up ten points.
