Basketball Game Preview: Community Christian Royals vs. Casady Cyclones

The Community Christian Royals will take on the Casady Cyclones at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Community Christian sitting on 17 straight wins and Casady on three.

Last Tuesday, Community Christian blew past Chickasha, posting a 58-26 victory. The Royals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Casady beat Harding Prep 53-45 on Tuesday.

Community Christian pushed their record up to 17-0 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.1 points. As for Casady, their victory bumped their record up to 15-8.

Everything came up roses for Community Christian against Casady in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as the team secured a 72-18 win. Will Community Christian repeat their success, or does Casady have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
