Conner waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Greenwood Gators. The Cougars were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Gators, so the Cougars were just returning the favor.

Leading Conner to victory were Addy Back and Alexis Kampsen. Back had five digs and three aces, while Kampsen had 14 assists and four digs. That's the most aces Back has posted since back in September.

Conner's win bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Greenwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-12.

Conner didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Lafayette on the 18th. As for Greenwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against North Oldham on the 18th.
