The Edmund Burke Academy Spartans won the last time they faced the Glascock County Panthers, and things went their way on Thursday too. Edmund Burke Academy walked away with a 49-41 victory over Glascock County.
Edmund Burke Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Grant Mobley, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Mark Wasden, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Edmund Burke Academy's victory ended a eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7. As for Glascock County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
